Sapere Consulting is looking for its next generation of management and technology consultants. Consultants (2-3 years of experience and/or a Masters) are exposed to Sapere's different business areas and service offerings. You will work closely with mid- and senior-level consultants across practices to assist clients, including top-level executives, in solving problems collaboratively. As an entry level management consultant, you will research and succinctly define problems, analyze data, contribute to the development of solutions, learn about new subject matter areas and clients, and write and present results in report or presentation format. You will work both independently and as part of a team to develop and hone your skills as a consultant. More experienced consultants (>1 year) will work independently and are key members of teams. Travel is required.

Salary Range: $73,500 is the starting salary for the entry level consultant with 2 years of experience. Salary range for Consultant II is $73,500 to $87,000.

This job is for you if you have:
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, all majors considered and at least 1-2 years work experience (not counting internships) or a masters degree.
- Curiosity and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for learning.
- Demonstrated work ethic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to write concisely and create compelling presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead others when needed and be able to work well as a team player.
- Basic knowledge of project management concepts and tools.
- Experience with Generative AI tools, Visio, Power BI, R, and other analysis tools.
- Work experience or interest in Energy, or Technology.
- Interest in changing how businesses operate, deliver projects, and/or process improvement.
